New Music From PIXIES

Surf-punk, screaming and subversive pop: the loud-quiet-loud sound of PIXIES became the sound of alt; the driving beat behind grunge. They broke up. They got back together. And now, for the first time in almost ten years, they’re releasing new music.

Their single “BAGBOY” debuts right now on BitTorrent.

Unlock it with your email, and you’ll get the new track, plus a live version of “Where Is My Mind?” from the band’s 2004 Coachella set. And pass it on: everyone who downloads the BitTorrent Bundle will get the full Coachella playlist (19 MP3s) delivered directly to their inbox.

PIXIES past, present, and future is for fans. So vamos and get the Bundle over here.

About BitTorrent Bundles

The BitTorrent Bundle is an Alpha project, made with and for the web’s creative community. Our mission is to help artists connect directly with fans, inside the content they share.

Each BitTorrent Bundle, like the one created in partnership with PIXIES, allows artists to distribute content to 170 million BitTorrent users. And each Bundle comes with a key. Fans can unlock artist content with an email address, or a donation. The idea is to make each song a storefront; and each file more valuable, each time it’s shared. 1. Recording Studio

I admire pixies, they were one of my favorite bands I was anticipating lots of energy and emotions, a.Absence of Kim is evident here. True to form all the same and by no means a disappointment.
